The service (bbhub.eu) is intended for people over 18 years of age with the right to sign contracts. The user is obliged to provide absolutely true information, especially personal data, contact details and information about the business he or she represents. The user is obliged to respect commonly accepted principles of social coexistence and fairness towards the owners of bbhub.eu and other users of the service.

Web Dudez, S.C. operates the bbhub.eu website, which enables individuals and entrepreneurs to connect with each other for the purpose of establishing cooperation as well as selling goods and services. The BB Hub website provides tools to establish professional contacts, but does not act as an intermediary in the sale of products and services and does not charge for transactions with contractors found through the website. All fees are optional and apply only to access to certain features of the website. All transactions, contacts and other activities between users of the website are made at their own risk. BB Hub is not a party in any transaction that may be concluded between users. The owner of the service is not subject to a general obligation to monitor information provided by users and contained in their profiles. For all products and services offered by users, the offering users are fully and personally liable. 

In order to be able to use all the functions of the service, user must create a user account. Some of the functions also require the purchase of additional access within the service. User may use the site as a guest without registering, but may have limited opportunities to use the site. Creating a Personal Account enables the user to manage his/her personal data, create a business profile of his/her activity, place his/her products on the service, search for transport offers for his/her activity, create thematic articles, etc. The user will also be able to browse other offers as well as establish business contacts with potential contractors. The user is obliged to ensure security for his or her account. The user can also delete his or her account at any time.

The user acknowledges and accepts full personal responsibility for all information, data, text, messages or any other content he publishes on the site. The user undertakes not to publish any material that is in breach of the law. You agree not to infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, as well as to use only content in which you have rights or content free of copyright. Users of the service are also obliged to avoid any actions that may be detrimental to the value or good name of the service and its owners.

The owner of the website reserves the right to disable access to the website, change any Terms & Conditions, add, modify or disable access to it's features at any time and without prior notice to users. 5. Order payments and refunds

By placing an order for paid services provided by us, the ordering party orders the immediate execution of the service contract and acknowledges that it will lose its right to withdraw from the contract after the service contract has been fully executed.

The purchaser shall thus waive his right to a refund in such a situation. In the event that the request for a refund is granted, it will be reduced by the period during which the service has already been provided and by any costs incurred: taxes, fees and compensation of the working time required to complete the formalities related to the refund of 50 eur.

In the event that the cancellation costs exceed the refund value, the administrator will leave the service active according to its scheduled period, it remains the responsibility of the ordering party to cancel the subscription so that it is not automatically extended to the next period.

The validity period of the placed order is 5 days. If payment for an order does not reach us for more than 5 days or we are unable to contact the ordering party to fulfil the order - such order will be cancelled.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
