Q: Which companies will benefit from registering on the site?
A: Generally any company that operates on the European or at least national market, but also small locally operating companies can find a place for themselves here. For example, an international tycoon can open an office employing several hundred people in city X. This gives opportunities for local cleaning, IT, catering and other companies to be found by this tycoon on the pages of our platform. Of course, this may not be the case, but in such a situation one should at least appreciate the backlink to the owner's website (which has a positive effect on SEO), the possibility of writing an article on a given industry signed by the entrepreneur (again, SEO) and the fact that it is completely free especially since a standard account on our site will be free and completely sufficient for a local entrepreneurs.
Q: The site is in English and that language is not my strong suit.
A: We have established English as the most common language. Even if it's not your native language, feel free to write - English is not our first language either. If you don't speak English, please use the translator (we recommend https://www.deepl.com). Eventually we plan to build in a translation option, but not knowing English doesn't have to be the reason why your listing doesn't appear on our site.
Q: How much will I pay for access to the site when my free period ends?
A: Standard account is completely free. If the Premium account has worked for you, it will only cost 5.99eur per month. There will also be additional options available, we will provide more details soon.
Q: I have a transport company, is it worth registering?
A: Yes. We will soon be opening a transport section where users will be able to add transport requests for transactions made using the platform, as well as external clients. The monthly cost of access to transport requests will be only 9.99eur.
Q: I like your project and would like to help develop it. What can I do?
A: Invite your business acquaintances. The more the better. If you want to get more involved you can buy a GOLD or OFFICIAL PARTNER account (will be available soon) or buy a place for your ad on the platform. As we are a small webdesign studio, there is no investor behind us, our budget is limited (the whole service was built within our own capabilities and human resources), and we invest every profit from the above accounts in advertising and development of the platform.
Q: What will happen if I don't renew the subscription to the PREMIUM account?
A: You will be able to publish your offers according to the parameters of the STANDARD account. If you have more advertisements, you will simply have a limited possibility of prolonging them up to the number corresponding to the STANDARD package - the advertisements will not disappear on the expiry date of the PREMIUM package, but only together with their validity date.
Q: I have invited five friends who have registered and filled their accounts but my premium period has not been extended. Why is this?
A: The service is in the 'alpha' stage and not all features have been launched yet. The counter correctly shows the number of people invited (it may do so with some delay), as soon as we finish coding this feature all accounts whose counter is "5" will be automatically extended. By default, the PREMIUM account is valid for one year from opening, so nothing prevents you from using all the currently available features.
Q: What are the rules at the BB HUB?
A: Be nice, honest and treat others as you would like to be treated. Scammers, companies with questionable reputation or suspicious financial projects will be banned. Please refer to the T&C's for details.
